The Business Services Team is part of Digital, within the Ministry of Justice. We are responsible for digital services that are unique to specific MOJ business units. Our dynamic teams lead the service development, change, and support for the digital services which support our Courts and Tribunals. We are looking for a full time, permanent, Project Coordinator, initially supporting a large transformation project with the Digital Justice Services team of Business Services.
Our Project Coordinators work closely with Project Managers within Business Services to provide high quality project coordination through support and planning, to deliver a customer centric service to the Ministry.
Key Elements Of The Role Include
Financial management of projects through budgeting, forecasting, invoicing
Assist in the preparation of governance and project documentation
Assist with project scheduling and wider planning activities
Contribute to project issue/risk management process
Build and maintain effective relationships across digital and within the team.

We Are Looking For

An understanding and appreciation of cultural issues and concerns, in particular Tikanga Maori
To be successful in this role you will have experience of the following:
Project coordination or a similar paced role
Financial systems and processes
Customer focussed with a proactive approach
Experience working in a complex dynamic environment
Prince 2 qualification desirable.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $69,050 and $94,348 depending on skills and experience.
