In this pivotal role, you'll support the Branch Manager to drive lending, deposit and commission results while owning the end-to-end sales and lending process. From conducting loan interviews to identifying cross-sell opportunities, processing applications to compliance standards and nurturing lasting customer relationships, you'll be at the heart of our branch success. This position is perfect for an experienced lender who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment without the pressure of aggressive targets.
About the role
* Conducting loan interviews
* Collecting/collating financial information
* Identifying and converting sales opportunities across IMB's product suite
* Processing applications in our lending system to quality assurance and compliance standards
* Liaising and working with other internal departments and external parties
* Maintaining the customer relationship
About you
* Want to build a professional profile in retail banking and lending
* Have a genuine interest in helping customers and building rapport and credibility through your professional approach
* Have previous sales, lending or credit experience within a financial services, mortgage broking or retail banking environment
* Residential and personal lending experience
* Competent financial analysis skills
* Drive and commitment to achieve both personal and team targets
* The initiative and commitment to follow processes, follow up on items and see through to completion
