Registered Nurse – Gainsborough – About The Role
Monarch Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ferndene Care Home in Gainsborough. This role is available on a bank basis, with the option of temporary day shifts to support with planned absences.
Ferndene is a purpose-built care home providing high-quality residential and nursing care for older adults, including individuals living with dementia. With spacious accommodation and a committed team, we focus on delivering person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop, review, and update person-centred care plans in consultation with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies
* Administer prescribed medication and maintain accurate records
* Monitor the health and wellbeing of residents, reporting any concerns and coordinating appropriate professional input
* Lead and support the care team while acting as nurse in charge, ensuring effective communication and thorough handovers
* Liaise with external professionals to ensure high standards of care are maintained
