Based in Perth, Western Australia, the brand is led by a creative founder with a distinct, narrative-driven vision.
We're seeking an experienced Email Marketer to bring this voice to life through emotionally compelling and performance-optimized email campaigns.
The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, creative, and technically skilled in direct-to-consumer (DTC) email marketing.
You will work closely with the founder to execute campaign strategies that span product launches, restocks, editorial storytelling, and retention flows.
Key Responsibilities Plan, write, and schedule high-performing email campaigns including launches, ICYMI reminders, narratives, and restocks.
Reproduce and evolve the brand's unique tone of voice: elegant, romantic, cinematic, French-infused, and minimalist-luxury.
Design and deploy campaigns using Klaviyo's campaign builder.
Build standard and advanced flows (Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Back-in-Stock, Cross-Sell, etc.).
Collaborate on content calendars and strategic launch planning.
Create engaging subject lines, preview text, and CTAs that drive results.
Execute list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Track key metrics (OR, CTR, deliverability, etc.) and iterate campaigns based on insights.
Leverage a custom GPT-based AI writing assistant; contribute to prompt bank development.
Maintain a campaign archive and internal documentation for tracking and repurposing.
Qualifications 3+ years of email marketing experience in DTC ecommerce.
Proven success with fashion, beauty, or luxury lifestyle brands.
Strong copywriting skills with an emphasis on narrative and brand voice.
Experience with bilingual tone execution (English with integrated French a plus).
Advanced expertise in Klaviyo, including setup, flows, and configuration.
Skilled in email deliverability best practices and optimization.
Familiarity with GPT-based tools; capable of customizing prompts and using agent interfaces.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with documentation experience.
Comfortable collaborating directly with creative founders and stakeholders.
Nice to Have Willingness to assist with light admin tasks (e.g., ticket response management in Gorgias) Ability to support basic social media tasks (e.g. captions, scheduling) Basic video editing skills are a plus.
