Therapist Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team.
This role involves working therapeutically with children, teens, and families in ways that fit their unique needs.
* The ideal candidate will have excellent assessment, therapy, and case formulation skills.
* They will partner with therapy assistants who support practice in natural settings.
* Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential.
About the Position
This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
* The salary is $100,000 – $110,000 pro rata (exclusive of super).
* Annual professional development budget: $2,000 pro rata.
* Paid study leave: one week per year.
* Access to onsite multidisciplinary professional development series.

Your Qualifications
We require:
* Registration as a Psychologist (general, ed & dev or clinical).
* A passion for working with children, young people, and families.
* Commitment to neuroaffirming, strengths-based, and family-centred practice.
* Skill in assessment, intervention, and collaborative approaches.
* A current Working with Children Check.
