Regional Director - Central North QueenslandThe Regional Director is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership and oversight of the EREA Flexi Schools in the Central-North Queensland (CNQ) Region.
The Regional Director holds delegated responsibility from the CEO and National Director of Schools in the areas of Identity and Practice, Safeguarding, Learning and Pedagogy, Risk, Compliance, Finance and People and Culture.The Regional Director is the direct line manager for Area Principals and Principals, and the Regional Support Team.
The role ensures that the Flexi Schools follow policies and procedures that support the education, safety, protection and wellbeing of children, young people and enrolled adults under their care.
This is a current position beginning January 2026.Current CNQ sites include Townsville, Mount Isa, Bowen, Burdekin and Rockhampton with plans for growth and additional sites in coming years.
The tenure includes a 5-year contract with an additional 5-year option upon successful review.
Travel is required for this role.Term : Fixed-term, Full-time.
Start: 1 January 2026.
