We seek an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our dynamic Warehouse /Operations Team located at the Distribution Centre located in Bayswater, VIC. In this role, you will manage the inbound/outbound operations and return logistics while ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate processes.
Responsibilities will include:
* Lead and manage inbound operations, including unloading, receipting, and storage.
* Oversee return logistics, ensuring efficiency and cost reductions.
* Perform quality checks on received goods and ensure proper documentation.
* Supervise and develop the warehouse team, driving performance and maintaining training compliance.
* Ensure compliance with safety guidelines (WHS) and maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives, conducting root cause analysis for process errors.
* Manage and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to minimize operational downtime.
Your qualities will include:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing, particularly inbound flows.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
* Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and reporting tools.
* Organised and proactive.
* Outgoing motivated personality.
