We are seeking an experienced Short Order Cook / Chef to join our vibrant team at Napoli Mercato', a lively Italian Gourmet Grocer in Harrisdale, Western Australia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of delicious, high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
* Preparing and cooking a wide range of Italian dishes
* Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work station
* Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
* Delivering exceptional customer service
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a short order cook or chef, ideally within an Italian or Mediterranean restaurant
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant food handling and safety certifications
