We're searching for a Team Leader to join The Mill Team on a part-time basis and work alongside our Leadership Team, bringing a strong focus on service, and operational excellence to our restaurant floor. Here you'll play a pivotal role in making every visit a memorable one for our members and guests, ensuring they enjoy a welcoming, and positive visit.
What's the gig? As The Mill Team Leader, you'll lead by example, overseeing daily dining operations from administration to staff supervision and training. With your commitment to customer-first service, you'll inspire and support our team in setting and reaching departmental goals and achieving a consistently brilliant casual dining experience for our members and guests.
Here's a Taste Of What You'll Do
* Guest Experience : Welcome and guide guests during lunch and dinner services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Advising guests on menus & beverage promotions and information on all club services
* Bookings Management : Efficiently manage service bookings and guest flow to optimise the dining experience, demonstrating consideration for our guests' time and preferences.
* Lead and Train : Lead The Mill food team in delivering exceptional casual dining experiences that brighten our customers' day, embodying our commitment to friendliness and positivity. Conducting buddy training for new employees and supporting them in growing their skills.
* Customer Feedback : Proactively gather and address customer feedback, resolving any service discrepancies with care and professionalism, embodying our commitment to openness and accountability.
* Ambience : Maintain the ambience of The Mill, overseeing lighting, music, cleanliness, and hygiene standards, ensuring it's the perfect meeting place for friends and family.
* Collaborative Communication : Liaise effectively with The Mill Supervisor, Floor staff and Kitchen Team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house operations, fostering teamwork and connectedness across all departments.
