Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care services.
* Provide operational and clinical management of the residential care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve resident outcomes, including enhanced lifestyle and wellbeing initiatives.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote seamless care transitions and ensure comprehensive support for residents.
* Drive business growth through effective management of resources, including budgeting, financial planning, and strategic decision-making.
* Establish strong relationships with staff, residents, and family members to foster a culture of compassion, respect, and open communication.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to inform evidence-based practice and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Current registration with AHPRA and commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in senior roles, with a proven track record of managing clinical, operational, and administrative aspects of residential care.
* Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate sensitive conversations and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
