Job Opportunity:
In this dynamic role as Account Specialist, you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish strong relationships with key customers and their staff across all levels of business, supported by high product knowledge and expertise.
* Support customers with quotations, product selection, and advice on organisation and logistics.
* Achieve agreed sales and margin growth targets and activity levels.
* Develop new business opportunities through presentations, proposals, and tenders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong relationship building skills
* High customer service focus and attention to detail
* Exceptional communication skills (fluent written and verbal English), good listening and presentation skills at all levels
* Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities
* Previous sales or key account management experience, particularly within the construction/development industry valued but not required
* A valid driver's license and relevant PC skills; experience with CRM systems is preferred
