About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Management & Systems Specialist to support our global Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS). In this role, you will help ensure our quality standards are understood, implemented, maintained, and improved across the organisation. You'll work closely with the Director of Quality & Management Systems and collaborate with teams around the world to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Implement, maintain, and improve ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
* Conduct internal quality and environmental audits and support audit planning.
* Analyse audit data, KPIs, and compliance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
* Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across business units.
* Develop, update, and improve QMS/EMS documentation.
* Deliver training and orientation on quality processes.
* Ensure alignment and consistency across quality and environmental systems.
* Collect and analyse data related to risk, client satisfaction, and company-wide quality performance.
* Support compliance with quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental requirements.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
* 10+ years working with ISO management systems in a professional services environment.
* Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
Required Skills
* Strong skills in communication, collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving.
* Experience conducting root-cause analysis, audits, and developing KPIs.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
* Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
* Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage competing priorities.
* Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
