net, CRM, SDLC ,PMP, Agile, Insurance domain, Azure etcWe are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies (such as .NET, Dynamics CRM, Azure) and a solid understanding of the insurance domain.
The ideal candidate will lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of projects involving Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Dynamics CRM, Azure).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.Oversee technical design, development, and integration activities.Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and organizational standards.Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively.Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for successful deployments.Drive continuous improvement in processes and technology adoption.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
PMP or Agile certification preferred.Experience:10+ years in IT with at least 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager.Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (.NET, Dynamics CRM, Azure).
Proven track record in insurance domain projects (Life, Health, P&C, or similar).
Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of software architecture, integration, and deployment.Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices.Project Management Skills:Expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.Strong documentation and reporting skills.Soft Skills:Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.Ability to manage distributed teams and vendors.Nice to HaveExperience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in insurance (e.g., IRDAI guidelines).
Exposure to microservices and API integration.
