**About the Role**
As Guest Services Agent - Hyatt Place Essendon Fields, you will be the first point of contact for all internal and external guests. This position will help create an experience for our guests by offering guests a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service.
The Guest Services Agent will have a strong presence in the lobby as well as back of house whilst providing an excellent and consistent level of service to our guests and colleagues at all times, whilst also, displaying a courteous, professional and efficient service across a variety of departments.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To be the main point of contact for both external and internal guests.
- To assist guest with check-in and check-out processes.
- To be flexible and adaptable.
- Maintain complete hotel knowledge of all hotel features, services and hours of operation.
- Ensure the Front of House areas are well maintained, clean and tidy at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
- Relevant degree in Hospitality is preferred, but not essential
- Be able to work a flexible roster including, weekends, evenings and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong time management with the ability to juggle multiple demands
