Job Description
As a dedicated HR Business Partner, you will be embedded within the business to provide hands-on support during a period of change. This role is focused on delivering outcomes and assisting with implementing organizational changes, employee relations, and performance management.
* Partner with business leaders to provide guidance and coaching on performance, employee relations, and change management.
* Lead and support consultation and redundancy processes with care and compliance.
* Collaborate with the HR team to manage day-to-day HR operations and systems.
* Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support cultural stability and employee engagement during the restructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experienced HR Business Partner with proven change and ER management skills.
* Confident handling complex restructuring and redundancy processes.
* Strong relationship builder able to influence and support leaders through change.
* Experience in professional or corporate services desirable but not essential.
* Available to start immediately.
