With a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work in the Northern Territory, including Defence (civil) and major road infrastructure projects (including bridges), we are looking for Supervisors to join our growing Darwin team.

About the role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating site-based construction activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
You will lead crews across Defence and civil infrastructure projects in the Northern Territory, driving productivity, safety and quality outcomes on site.
What you’ll be responsible for
* Monitor sections or packages of work to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards
* Liaise with subcontractor supervisors and coordinate works in progress
* Manage works in accordance with the Project Management Plan
* Lead and coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors on a daily basis
* Drive productivity and manage the performance of crews and subcontractors
* Ensure your team is skilled, resourced and set up to meet productivity targets
* Champion safety through our Safety is My Way initiative
* Conduct and participate in site meetings including pre-starts, toolboxes and inductions
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients and authorities
* Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to team members
What you’ll bring
* Previous experience in a civil construction supervisory role
* Proven ability to deliver sections of work on time and within budget while maintaining quality
* Strong leadership capability with experience managing large crews
* Demonstrated experience coordinating resources across site operations
* Strong planning and reporting capability with ability to track progress
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong IT capability and reporting skills
* Excellent safety record and commitment to HSEQ
