As Safety Advisor, you will support the implementation and ongoing improvement of WHS practices across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing practical WHS advice across manufacturing and installation environments
* Conducting site inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification
* Assisting with incident investigations and corrective actions
* Coordinating and delivering safety training and toolbox talks
* Supporting rehabilitation and return‐to‐work processes
* Maintaining WHS documentation, reporting and records
* Analyzing safety data and assisting with audits and performance reporting
* Building strong relationships through a visible, on‐site presence
About You
* Proven WHS experience, ideally in manufacturing or construction environments
* A practical, solutions‐focused mindset
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
* Confidence working autonomously with operational teams
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Certificate IV (or higher) in WHS
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
* High level of computer literacy
