Campbelltown Hospital is recruiting for Level 2 Radiographers (Radiation Scientist) to complement and enhance the current Medical Imaging team.

What You'll Be Doing
Provide accurate diagnostic information regarding patients to Medical staff on a routine and emergency basis in a timely manner so as to be of use in the patient’s medical management. To perform imaging services as requested whilst providing staff with experienced imaging skills support.

1. Current Medical Radiation Practitioner Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
2. Medical Radiation Science degree or equivalent and hold a valid NSW EPA Radiation User Licence.
3. Demonstrate effective clinical and non-clinical communication through the use information technology, written, verbal, and interpersonal and team building skills.
4. Demonstrate ability to effectively to prioritize and organize workload to achieve outcomes.
5. Demonstrate ability to actively engage with patients/ clients to understand their needs and enhance service delivery.
6. Knowledge of quality activities and participation in Continuing Professional Development program.
7. Experience in trauma radiography, general radiography, mobiles, theatre and general screening.
