Technical Support Expert
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Expert to provide technical assistance for Microsoft Windows desktops and servers, as well as Entra ID connected clients.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced IT professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical support services across multiple platforms, including Microsoft Server, Exchange, and AD.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance for Microsoft Windows desktops and servers / Entra ID connected clients
* Maintain and troubleshoot on-premises and cloud-based systems
* Configure workstations and implement server and cloud rollouts
* Log job details and resolutions using ConnectWise
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and network engineering
* Strong experience with Microsoft Server, Exchange, and AD
* Experience with project design, build, and implementation, specifically relating to Office 365 and Entra ID
* Solid networking and firewall experience
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good to Have Requirements:
* Experience with WatchGuard branded firewalls
* Experience with Sophos Cloud Anti-Virus software
