About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Loans Support Officer who is responsible for providing a prompt and compliant lending service, particularly in loan documentation, loan funding, and post-funding maintenance, to meet customer needs with exceptional customer experience. You are engaging, innovative and create authentic relationships that contribute to a collaborative ‘one team’ culture.

Key responsibilities:

1. Offer an excellent customer experience by establishing and maintaining professional and productive working relationships
2. Ensure compliance and accuracy by demonstrating unwavering commitment to ethical banking
3. Contribute to a positive team environment

The Loans Support Officer can apply their customer service experience by consulting and negotiating with stakeholders to support growth of the loan book. They have confidence in themselves and their team and promote a ‘can do’ attitude to develop a strong, professional, and cohesive team fulfilling their role to our lenders and customers to deliver the Summerland strategy. They are open to new ideas, seize opportunity, and deliver simple, sustainable solutions.
