Experienced Dental Assistant (4 Days a Week)
Sunbird Orthodontics is a welcoming, family-friendly orthodontic practice located in Smithfield. We're currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our caring team up to 4 days per week, and the best part? No weekend work required!

About the Role
You'll work alongside a skilled orthodontist and a close-knit team, assisting with a variety of tasks, including:
* Chairside assisting during orthodontic procedures.
* Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment areas.
* Taking patient records, impressions, and photographs.
* Booking appointments, handling payments other administration work.
* Providing clear, friendly support to patients of all ages.
* Ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
* At least 1 year of dental assisting and admin experience is essential
* Experience in any dental specialty will be considered, including general dental practice and specialist areas.
* A warm, positive attitude and professional approach to patient care.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Orthodontic experience is an advantage but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
* Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
