About the Opportunity
This role involves working as a subject matter expert on Micromine Pitram, helping clients to overcome technical challenges and achieve their goals.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex SQL, database, and integration issues.
* Assist with new client implementations, deployment, configuration, and optimization of Pitram.
* Deliver advanced training to clients and mentor internal staff.
* Support sales teams with technical expertise during proposals, workshops, and demonstrations.
