We are looking for an experienced Property Lawyer to join our Property & Commercial department, which is made up of experienced lawyers and paralegals who practice exclusively in this area of law. The successful candidate will become an integral member of the property team and service our large existing client base, as well as matters from our referrers. The role requires experience in handling predominantly QLD conveyancing matters, but some NSW experience would be ideal (although not essential).

Responsibilities:
* Provide legal advice and assistance to clients in all aspects of QLD Property and conveyancing matters;
* Manage a file load of property matters (mainly QLD & NSW), including residential and commercial conveyancing, off the plan matters, and inter-family transfers.
