About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will work closely with senior members of the project team to achieve optimal production and cost outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer contracts and compile claims, variations, valuations, and cost reviews
* Program projects with assistance from the Area Manager
* Award subcontract agreements or material purchases in advance of programming requirements
* Collaborate with the project team, including field leadership, contractors, and suppliers
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) or Construction Management (or equivalent)
* Minimum 4 years' experience on civil land development or infrastructure projects
* Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications
* Strong team player with capacity to plan and manage time/workload/communication to meet deadlines
* Demonstrated knowledge of relevant construction principles/procedures and WH&S laws with experience driving HSEQ outcomes
