We are looking for a dynamic and innovative leader to join our team. As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving compliance, financial sustainability, and growth across our centres.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and strategic thinker who can provide coaching and assistance to Centre Managers, aiming to achieve optimal business results and positive outcomes for all children.
The Role
You will work closely with Centre Managers, providing guidance on the Early Years Framework to ensure that all staff are developing and delivering relevant programs that cater to all children. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve centre performance.
* Providing mentoring and guidance on the Early Years Framework to Centre Managers.
* Leading, guiding, and coaching a group of Centre Managers to provide assistance and motivation in achieving their objectives.
* Collaborating with Quality Advisors to ensure all centres within your area meet or exceed the National Quality Standards and National Quality Framework as per the Quality Action Plan.
* Making sure legislative requirements are being followed in accordance with the National Quality Framework.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' commercial management experience in early childhood.
* Proven multi-site experience essential.
* Diploma in Business, Children's Services, or equivalent.
* A current Working with Children's Check, or the ability to obtain this.
* Current Driver's License.
* Knowledge of the Early Years Framework and the National Quality Framework an advantage.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Sound keyboard and computer literacy skills.
* Ability to oversee the planning and implementation of work programs, maintain relevant records, and control budgets.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail skills.
* A 'can-do' positive outlook with a strong team focus.
