**The role**

Are you looking for a challenging, fast-paced legal administrative role in a collegiate and supportive environment? Are you a highly organised individual who gains satisfaction in successfully supporting a busy team and in turn the clients they service?

With no two days the same, the tasks you will be responsible for are:

- Liaising with clients
- Assisting the team with bids and proposals
- Matter management to keep the team on top of their deadlines
- Attending to time entries, expense reconciliation, processing third party invoices and reporting
- Preparation of documents including letters, contracts and general correspondence
- General administrative duties such as document management and travel bookings
- Assisting with high volume, and at times, complex billing and matter opening

**About you**

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

- 2-4 years' experience in a law firm workplace
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work with legal staff and clients
- Strong initiative and problem-solving ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellence in customer service
- A team player
