Role Overview Reo Group are recruiting for an ambitious and technically capable Senior Account Executive for a fast-growing Corporate Specialty Insurance Brokerage in Sydney. You will support on a corporate portfolio of accounts whilst taking on your own relationships over time, providing exceptional service to Clients, Account Managers and Directors both locally and nationally. The role centres on servicing a substantial portfolio of interstate accounts, providing technical support and broking expertise. Responsibilities Deliver risk transfer advice across Contract Works, Construction Liability and General Property (ISR), supporting clients in construction, engineering, civil infrastructure and related heavy industries. Foster strong relationships with underwriters and key markets, ensuring an excellent client and insurer experience while tailoring coverage for both straightforward and complex risks. Represent the business at industry conferences, client meetings and sector events as an active member of the broking team. Collaborate closely with Account Directors and share knowledge with junior brokers, supporting a culture of capability development and continuous learning. Maintain and expand technical and industry knowledge to strengthen broking expertise and ensure exceptional client service. Candidate Profile You will be a Corporate or Commercial Broking Account Executive or Account Broker with a strong grounding in contract works and several years' experience in the role. Candidates must demonstrate high proficiency in contract works, ideally with exposure to heavy industries such as engineering, construction, energy, natural resources, manufacturing, or plant and equipment. You will show consistency and advancement in your career, reflecting loyalty in previous roles, and possess strong attention to detail supported by effective time management and organisational skills, demonstrating dependability and reliability. A clear, energetic, and engaging relationship management style is essential, with the ability to build rapport and explain concepts simply and clearly. Tier 1 and a Diploma of Financial Services are required as a minimum, along with at least three years' broking or underwriting experience.
