SYPAQ are seeking consultants with experience in Atlassian to join our Melbourne based team in a permanent capacity. You will have the ability to work autonomously with stakeholders from government and industry while being supported by SYPAQ’s Atlassian specialists that include personnel with extensive experience in Government and Defence.
Experience working with Atlassian Tools and Agile Methodologies will be essential, ideally within a professional services environment, this role provides the opportunity to work closely with and learn from our leadership team to support the management and delivery of technology projects.
You will possess strong communication skills (written and verbal) along with the professionalism and maturity to build effective relationships across the organisation as you will work with multiple stakeholder groups. You will have a flexible approach to managing changing priorities in a fast paced and productive environment, and most importantly the eagerness to learn and develop within our growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities Include
* Working in a small team of high performing consultants, to collectively and individually solve problems and deliver value for money solutions for Defence, Government and Industry clients in both Atlassian Cloud and Data Center products.
* Grow your Atlassian skills by undertaking Atlassian accreditations and certificates
* Support our Atlassian billing team in quoting and renewing client licenses and subscriptions.
* Leading client engagements to identify needs and deliver effective outcomes
* Managing client satisfaction and project outcomes for success
* Implementing solutions for clients on premises and remote
* Patching, support and troubleshooting of mission critical Atlassian systems
About You
* Australian Citizen and ability to maintain an AGSVA NV1 Defence Security Clearance
* Strong interpersonal skills
* A problem solver
* Work well in teams and client facing
* Demonstrable expertise in Atlassian products – (Cloud and Data Center)
* Expertise in the customisation of Atlassian products to meet requirements
* Strong technical background in underlying technologies such as Lunix OS, PostgreSQL, Docker or AWS Services
* Coding experience favoured (Java, API integrations, Groovy)
* Diversity to work within Government and Industry clients and environments.
* Experience in the Atlassian pricing and partner model is desirable
