Due to increased demand within our business, SYPAQ is seeking a RF Systems Integration Specialist to support onsite user acceptance, Mission System technical planning, and manage system integration and verification to support capability sustainment and/or development requirements in line with stakeholder needs for our federal government Defence client on a large-scale and complex project.
You will operate as an embedded part of a Tactical Networks team, comprising various capabilities needed for the provision of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence to stakeholders, procured and sustained by different agreements.
The key skills and experience expected from the successful candidate include:
* The RF System Integration Engineer will support onsite user acceptance, Mission System technical planning, and manage system integration and verification to support capability sustainment and/or development requirements.
* Integrate, configure, and fault-resolve components into networks for fixed communication sites and deployed assets.
* Provide subject matter expertise in designing, managing, and operating radio frequency solutions and endpoints supporting networks.
* Conduct installation activities, review, and update system design documentation.
The following requirements are fundamental for this position:
* Networking qualifications and/or experience
* System Administration experience
* Experience in IT Network Configuration and Change Management
* SOCOMD in-service radio suite courses
This contracted role is expected to start on 1st July 2025 for 24 months, due to the project's complexity.
To be eligible, you must be an Australian Citizen and hold an existing minimum Negative Vetting One (NV2) security clearance prior to commencement. The role is based in Sydney, NSW.
