A Quality Systems Analyst ensures the seamless integration, management, and enhancement of quality management systems within an organization.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Optimize incident and complaint management systems for a unified approach.
2. Develop and implement data tracking mechanisms using existing systems such as Power BI and SharePoint.
3. Analyze and report on key quality metrics, create real-time dashboards, and identify areas for service improvement.
4. Design and deliver training programs on quality management, compliance, and best practices.
5. Collaborate in developing KPIs to measure quality and safety, designing reporting solutions to track KPIs.
This role provides critical data insights to inform decision-making for operational and quality teams.
Key Competencies:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Quality Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality management software, with expertise in identifying trends and patterns.
* Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, and other data manipulation tools.
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence leaders and teams.
* Previous experience in a NFP or values-driven organization is highly desirable.
