Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Experienced and versatile all-rounder barista and front-of-house.
Capable of independently crafting consistently excellent quality drinks with basic latte art, during busy periods.
Availability on both weekends – Saturday and Sunday.
Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and upbeat demeanor.
Efficiently operate the Square POS system.
Assist in serving food and beverages to tables.
Washing dishes and putting them away.
Support team members during busy periods.
