Job Opportunity: Full-Time Sales Assistant (38 Hours/Week)
KBS Sportswear & Apparel is a family-operated sportswear brand focused on quality and design. We're seeking a skilled Sales Assistant. You'll drive fast, professional customer communication and support the sales team to convert enquiries into orders.
About the Role
In this on-site position (Gold Coast, QLD), you will:
* Lead frontline customer service: manage enquiries via email and phone with a professional, solutions focused approach.
* Qualify leads, book sales calls, and keep clients moving with clear next steps.
* Prepare quotes and order forms; gather sizes, artwork notes, and approvals.
* Liaise with design/production to ensure mockups and timelines are clear before client sign-off.
* Support online shop launches (product selections, basic copy, timelines).
Must-Have Experience and Skills
* Communication: Excellent email writing and confident phone manner.
* Microsoft Office: Strong Excel skills (sorting/filtering, formulas; pivots a plus), plus Outlook and Word.
* Sales & Customer Service
* Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
* Proactive & Self-Directed: Manages time well and follows through without heavy supervision.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM/project tools (e.g., ) and basic design previewing.
