What You'll Do
As the Administration Manager at our Albury branch, you'll be the go-to person for client account management and financial processing, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery.
You will also lead a small, experienced team of administrators.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage client account setup and ongoing maintenance
Perform financial transactions and system entries using SAP
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
Coordinate general ledger updates and related administrative tasks
Provide administrative support across various business units including Livestock, Insurance and Real estate
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in administration management, ideally in agriculture or livestock
Strong financial acumen and familiarity with SAP (highly desirable)
Excellent client service and communication skills
Ability to lead and support a diverse team
A background in farming or livestock is a strong advantage
A flexible, proactive approach and a collaborative mindset
