About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a results-oriented Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead strategic growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand business footprint in both established and emerging markets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across core industry sectors.
* Nurture and expand existing client accounts to drive loyalty and repeat sales.
* Partner with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance to deliver customised packaging solutions.
* Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, closing, and customer onboarding.
* Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
* Represent the company at trade shows, industry expos, and professional networking events.
About You:
* Demonstrated success in sales or business development preferably within the plastic packaging or manufacturing space.
* Solid technical knowledge of thermoforming and/or blow moulding processes.
* Experience engaging clients in the food, beverage, healthcare, or FMCG markets.
* Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting.
* Comfortable working closely with internal technical and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
