Due to exciting growth a rare opportunity has arisen to join a high performing, and award-winning team. We are now seeking a Customer Lifecycle / Marketing Manager on a 3-month contract to lead initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.

Core Role Summary
You’ll help shape how the platform engages and retains customers through lifecycle marketing excellence. Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams across growth, product, strategy and execution to refine lifecycle programs and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of lifecycle campaigns across digital channels, including email and web/app push.
* Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance to inform strategy and improve engagement and retention.
* Design, run, and evaluate experiments, iterating to scale effective initiatives.
* Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Strategy teams to align lifecycle initiatives with broader business goals.
* Craft compelling, action‑oriented communications and share insights with stakeholders.
Your Profile
* 5+ years’ experience in lifecycle, CRM, or customer marketing, ideally within digital platforms, SaaS, subscription or ecommerce environments.
* Hands‑on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
* Strong analytical and experimental mindset, comfortable with data‑driven decision–making.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
* Available for an immediate start until April 2026 - possibility for extension
