Sales Position Overview
As a Strategic Federal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business revenue through a SaaS license model by strategically managing accounts and executing field-based sales activities within a key Federal Government customer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building Strong Relationships: You will build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO) across all product lines to drive revenue growth.
* Account Management: Managing client relationships and collaborating with a broad virtual team—including Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success Resources, Partners, and Marketing—to develop and implement effective account strategies.
* Trusted Advisor: Acting as a trusted advisor, leveraging a deep understanding of your customers' businesses to guide them on how ServiceNow can enhance their IT roadmap.
* Sales Process Support: Identifying and involving the appropriate specialists or support resources at crucial stages of the sales process.
