Work alongside a dedicated Property Management-focused Director who is focusing on business growth and overall team management.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands and enjoys end‑to‑end management, including leasing and final bond inspections, while also taking on a nurturing leadership position within the team (if desired).

* Proven experience in residential property management, with end‑to‑end portfolio knowledge, which provides you with a well‑rounded understanding and ability to train colleagues.
* Current WA Real Estate Registration.
* Strong working knowledge of property legislation and compliance.
* Confident and professional communicator.
* Warm, trustworthy, and relationship‑driven personality.
* A natural leader who enjoys mentoring others.
