Synechron is seeking a seasoned Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support large-scale Digital Banking transformation initiatives at Big4 Banking clients. This role will play a critical part in enabling successful adoption of digital, technology, and operating model changes across Organization's business and technology teams.
The OCM Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and program leadership to ensure seamless change adoption across customer-facing and internal banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end OCM strategy and execution for digital banking programs, including:
* Digital Channels (Mobile & NetBank)
* Core Banking Modernisation
* Agile & Cloud-led transformations
* Conduct change impact and organisational readiness assessments across impacted company's portfolios.
* Define and track adoption, readiness, and benefit realization metrics.
* Identify resistance points early and implement risk mitigation plans.
* Drive post-Go-Live adoption, reinforcement, and BAU transition.
* Embed change into Agile delivery ceremonies and release cycles.
Governance & Reporting
* Provide regular OCM dashboards and reporting to the leadership.
* Align OCM activities with company's regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks.
* Ensure consistency across multiple workstreams and delivery partners.
Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory
* 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with strong BFSI exposure.
* Proven experience supporting Digital Banking programs in large Australian banks.
* Hands-on experience with Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent OCM frameworks.
* Strong understanding of Agile / SAFe delivery models.
* Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
* Experience working in onshore–offshore delivery models.
Preferred
* Previous consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities.
* Experience supporting Cards, Payments, or Core Banking transformations.
