Role

We are seeking an Office Administrator to support the Brisbane office on a 12‐month fixed‐term contract. The role requires a dynamic, confident individual who can contribute to a supportive team and manage project support tasks.

Responsibilities

* Proactive project lifecycle support: Assistance with fee proposals, project close‐outs, maintaining admin inbox, and minute‐taking.
* Supporting local office culture: Internal event coordination, staff events, client meetings, and logistics and catering management.
* Supporting onboarding and off‐boarding processes.
* Supporting the local AR function: Assisting with monthly invoicing, ensuring invoicing is collectible and records are accurately maintained.
* Supporting the local business development team with marketing strategies, collation and creation of local office content, including technical and project write‐ups.

Qualifications

* Proficient computer skills.
* Experience working in a similar environment.
* Positive personality and customer‐service orientation.
* Outstanding phone manner, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong Excel and Word experience.
* Team‐working ability.
* Motivation and fast learning.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
* Professional personal presentation.
* Demonstrated professionalism and objectivity in all work matters.
* Strong accountability and reliability.
* Good time‐management skills.
* Initiative and willingness to go above and beyond.
* Ensure that all requirements and commitments are met in accordance with procedures.
* High attention to detail.
