Accurate Recruitment requires the services of a
Recruitment Consultant
who is enthusiastic and passionate about the recruitment industry. Ideally you will have a proven track record in recruitment preferably Industrial and/or Trades though this is not essential..

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, draft, and publish job advertisements across various job boards and social media platforms.
Source and identify qualified candidates through online platforms and proactive talent acquisition strategies.
Conduct high-volume candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and coordinate interview scheduling with clients.
Develop and sustain candidate pools by engaging in continuous market research and candidate engagement.
Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience to ensure alignment with position requirements and client expectations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the recruitment database.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment progress and candidate status.
Ensure exceptional candidate care, delivering a smooth, professional, and timely experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
