We're seeking a dedicated
Facility Manager
to lead operations at the
Darwin Correctional Precinct
. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality asset management and facilities services in line with contractual obligations, safety standards, and customer expectations.
As Honeywell's site representative, you'll oversee subcontractor performance, ensure statutory and contractual compliance, and foster a culture of safety and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage facilities services in accordance with FM Subcontract requirements
* Maintain strong customer relationships and drive satisfaction (NPS >80)
* Ensure 100% compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
* Manage subcontractors and ensure service delivery meets Honeywell standards
* Conduct asset condition assessments and scope minor/capital works
* Provide accurate reporting and forecasting to the Contract Manager
Essential
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in essential services and facility management
* Team leadership and contract management experience
* Strong understanding of Australian OHS legislation and standards
* Ability to obtain clearance to work in a prison environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Risk and hazard assessment capabilities
Preferred
* Facility Management qualifications
* Experience with PPP (AUS)
* Post-trade or degree qualification in a relevant field
* Experience in commercial sector facility management
