Due to growth in the business, we are currently seeking to employ a Peggy with LR licence to work in remote NT on 3/1 roster.
Job Description
Key duties of this role include;
Maintain cleanliness of ablutions, crib and office facilities
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laydown area and equipment on a daily basis.
Escort deliveries, escort plant movements, unloading of deliveries, manage delivery documentation and material storage.
Escorting light vehicles and trucks around site
Stock-take and ordering of consumables
Maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions and stock levels
Issuing, returning and data entering of stock within the Inventory Management System
Investigating inventory discrepancies and documenting stock transfers and returns
Ensuring freight travels consistently to ensure a reliable supply chain to site
Checking and receipting goods in a timely and efficient manner
Ensuring MSDS's are processed according to procedure
Undertake ad hoc tasks and duties as directed
Driving of Bus to transport other personnel and crew to and from airport.
Qualifications
White Card
Light Rigid Licence or higher(highly desirable)
Be able to work with minimal supervision
Demonstrated success within a fast paced and adaptable environment.
Excellent communication skills and capacity to liaise with individuals at all levels
A positive attitude to work and desire to 'get the job done'.
Have previously worked on sites/ familiar with site's lifestyle.
