About The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join our Infrastructure Services team based in Maroochydore. You'll lead on-site civil crews and support the delivery of key electrical infrastructure projects across major roads, rail, airports, commercial and urban developments.
Key responsibilities
* Overseeing daily site operations and crew coordination
* Delivering civil works across electrical infrastructure projects
* Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met
And a Bit About You
Are you the person CV needs? If you can answer yes to the points below, you just might be! You'll bring:
* Excavator license and posi track ticket with 12+ months' experience
* At least 5 years' experience in a Leading Hand or Supervisory role
* Experience working around live services and to TMR standards
* MR Licence (desirable, not essential)
* Flexibility to work day/night shifts and jump on or off the tools as needed
* Strong communication, planning and interpersonal skills
* A team-first attitude with a focus on safety and performance
* Energex accreditations – highly regarded
