About you Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Masters Degree - completed 5th year) AHPRA or ASORC registration Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans Pride yourself on strong stakeholder management & communication skills The Role Deliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educate employers on the health benefits of good work Why Rehab Management?
