Strategic HR Partner
As a key member of our People and Safety team, you will play a vital role in driving business success through strategic Human Resource advice. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organization's goals.
The successful candidate will have high-level knowledge and experience in Human Resources, Workforce Planning, or Training and Development. A proven track record as a HR Business Partner or similar role is essential, along with a good understanding of local government awards and relevant HR legislation.
* Highly developed facilitation skills with the ability to work collaboratively with managers and staff, utilizing effective communication and influencing skills.
* Experience and passion for driving positive organizational culture and continuous improvement programs.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
