We are on the searching for a true Sales Hunter to drive growth in critical infrastructure, high-performance compute, and power & cooling solutions.
Backed by vendor funding and working with some of the most recognisable names in tech, this is a unique opportunity to own a portfolio that's shaping Australia's digital future.
A typical day will include:
Find and win new business – proactively prospect and secure net-new reseller accounts.
Own vendor growth – be the face of tier-1 brands like NVIDIA, HP and Vertiv in the channel.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of infrastructure projects.
Reactivate dormant accounts and expand wallet share with existing partners.
Deliver compelling pitches, training and demos that win mindshare.
Report market insights back to vendors and product teams.
Exceed sales and activity targets, with clear KPIs and support to achieve them.
Desirable skills for this position are:
Proven track record in B2B IT sales or distribution – critical infrastructure and compute.
Knowledge of the power and thermal requirement for businesses large and small.
A hunter mindset – driven, proactive, and energised by winning new logos.
Strong relationship-building skills with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex tech into clear customer value.
Highly organised, disciplined in CRM and pipeline management.
Self-starter who thrives in a high-performance team environment.
Experience in Channels Sales or Business Management; preferably in IT sales or Distribution.
Business or IT engineering or related field degree preferred
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary package with favourable commission structure.
