**Responsibilities**:
- Install and repair drywall, plasterboard, and other wall and ceiling materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the requirements of each project.
- Work collaboratively with other tradespeople.
- Adhere to project timelines, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a plasterer in the civil construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of different plastering techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
