About the Role

Lead and grow four diverse service operations while supporting Yolngu staff with training, development, and career pathways. Working closely with Traditional Owners and the General Manager, you'll ensure our services run smoothly, safely, and sustainably — and keep customers coming back.

What You'll Do

* Manage day‑to‑day operations, staff, safety, and service quality
* Be the main point of contact for stakeholders and community partners
* Mentor First Nations team members and support onsite training
* Oversee maintenance, capital works, and infrastructure improvements
* Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community stakeholders

What You Bring

* Experience in rural operations, freight, warehousing or hospitality
* Strong budgeting, stock control, and reporting capabilities
* Confident with Microsoft Office and admin systems
* Ability to work cross‑culturally and mentor diverse teams
* Practical, hands‑on problem‑solver with excellent people skills
