Salary up to $145k pa - OTE over $250k pa

**The Position**:
This is a **Senior State Sales Management** level role, based at the State Head office in **Southern Brisbane** where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the state sales team and be responsible for their abilities to hit and exceed budgets, both monthly and yearly. You will also be responsible for:
- Motivation, guidance and coaching of state sales representatives
- Focussing on the growth of key accounts within the state
- Development and implementation of sales targets
- Coordinating product training on new and existing products

**Experience Required**:
To be a success in this role you will require a background in engineering or mechanical solutions and a successful history of selling into these markets.
It would also be advantageous to have experience with the following:
- Prior experience managing and motivating a state sales team
- Experience managing multiple sales channels and product groups
- Clear and concise reporting skills
- Good people management skills
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
