Our luxury cabin accommodation is seeking a confident person for a casual Front Office/Reception and Cabin Duties position.
In this hands-on role, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service and an eye for detail.
The successful candidate will have:
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Confidence to oversee the housekeeping team with a positive attitude
* The ability to think quickly and solve problems promptly
* Ability to effectively work independently and also as part of a team
* Great multi-tasker and organised with great attention to detail
* Competent computer skills
* Must have own reliable vehicle to use during shifts
This casual position is 1 day per week, 9:30 am-5:00 pm and then every third weekend, Saturday & Sunday 9:30 am - 5:00 pm working in Front Office. There are also opportunities for further shifts assisting with the cleaning and preparation of cabins when required.
Front Office & Cabin Duties include:
* Processing online bookings into Booking Manager
* Emailing booking confirmations
* Checkin & Checkout of guests
* Ensuring guests have an enjoyable stay
* Preparing Breakfast Hampers
* Overseeing housekeeping staff
* Hands-on cleaning when required
* Monitoring and ordering cleaning products and linen
* Reporting Maintenance
* Purchasing & ordering cabin items as required
* Ensuring Cabins are cleaned and presented at a high level ready for guests
