We are the official medical imaging provider for Perth Glory, Perth and West Perth Football Clubs.The opportunityWe are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our South suburb Recruitment pool on a permanent full-time basis with shifts varying between 6:45am and 5:30pm.
You will be required to support and travel to several clinical sites based on operational requirements including Armadale Hospital, North, Bentley Hospital, Booragoon, Gosnells, Murdoch Square, Murdoch Wexford Centre and Rockingham.
Reporting to the Clerical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Maintaining a high standard of patient care, safety and confidentialityGreeting patients and making clinical appointmentsHandling accounts, banking and Medicare batchingAdmin and computer work including billing and data entryOther duties as neededWhat do you need to be considered?
Ideally the preferred candidate will hold at least 2 years' experience in a customer service role.
You will be able to communicate professionally both written and verbally and have the ability to learn and use software and systems.
You will present with an approachable manner and display a high level of patient care and confidentiality while maintaining a valid Western Australian Driver's licence and having access to reliable transport.What do we offer?
